Tua Tagovailoa Looks Wobbly After Blow to the Head

The Dolphins have likely lost their starting QB for the day. Tua Tagovailoa took a huge hit, one that drew a roughing the passer call, and was slow to get up after slamming his head to the turf. As Tagovailoa got on his feet he was clearly wobbly and unstable. These are clear concussion symptoms. He was immediately removed from the game and taken to the locker room for further evaluation.

Tagovailoa is already officially questionable to return, but I don’t see any way he is back in the game today. Teddy Bridgewater is in at QB. Tagovailoa will undergo concussion testing, but the symptoms he displayed on the field should be enough to rule him out.

It’s a tough break for Miami as Tua was off to another great game.
