Erik ten Hag hopeful Christian Eriksen back soon

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is hoping Christian Eriksen is only weeks away from action.

Eriksen has not played since January and has missed 13 games in all competitions.

He was expected to be side-lined for three months but it appears his recovery has gone quicker than expected.

Erikson is aiming to be back after the March international break.

“I don’t think he will be ready for Sunday, but he will be ready in April,” Ten Hag said.

“He is on his way back, and we are happy about that. He is a class player that we need. I can’t wait for him to be back.”

We at Inside Injuries aren’t so optimistic and out algorithm is showing there is a strong chance Erikson will miss the rest of the season. We feel he is still nearly 4 weeks away from his optimal recovery time. With a poor HPF of only 1.5% and high IRC of 51.87% we feel his season is over.
